CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hour notice will be charged the FULL consult fee which is not covered by insurance. ALL fees for services are non refundable and expire 60 days after the original purchase. A one time transfer can be prearranged, however must still be used within the 60 days. The payment and no refund policy is SEPARATE from the cancellation policy. Refunds will NOT be issued once you book. Each client is responsible for all fees associated with each consult. Payment is charged at the time the appointment is scheduled.

Prenatal Breastfeeding Education
Have lots of concerns and questions? During this private session, we will explore your medical history and previous breastfeeding issues. A breastfeeding plan will be tailored towards you and your family’s unique situation and goals. By offering prenatal visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby and to be prepared for the first few days after delivery. It is best if both partners are present for this consult.
New Consult
Every consult will include maternal and newborn medical history review, maternal breast assessment, newborn oral anatomy assessment, latch assessment, newborn weight check, milk transfer assessment, solutions for breast and nipple pain, supply assistance (over & under) Plan for success and follow up if needed. We will quickly work to repair any damage to the breastfeeding relationship to achieve relaxed, easy feedings.
Follow up Consult
We will check in on baby’s progress, with the option to do pre and post-feeding weight checks. Together we will address any questions you may have. I will offer support and suggestion during a feeding. I will ensure that you are feeling confident in your breastfeeding abilities by teaching you techniques and giving your even more knowledge on the process of milk production.

Help reduce stress and anxiety over infant feeding. Sometimes having an IBCLC present for 1 feeding session is not enough. Maybe you are trying to get baby back to breast, struggling with baby’s weight gain or maybe just got discharged from the NICU and are ready to start breastfeeding. There are many reasons why you may need extra support.
I will come to your house at 9:00am and stay until 3:00pm, 6 hours total. Extended visits can help moms feel more confident with breastfeeding or pumping.
During the visit I will be assisting you with all the feeding sessions, whether it’s at the breast or by bottle, as well as helping with pumping if needed. I will support you through the process and answer any questions along the way. In between feeding sessions I can help with infant care at the request of parents. If there is no baby care needed, I will step aside to chart and work. I will be there to assist when needed.
